2. Earth fault monitor
Developed by JOVYATLAS, the ESW earth fault monitor is a product that has been used successfully for many years. The ESW monitors an unearthed 24 V DC voltage supply for single or asymmetrical double phase-to-earth faults. The supply voltage is drawn from the network that is to be monitored. If there is no earth fault present, the relay has dropped out. A built-in light-emitting diode indicates that the ESW is ready for operation.
